I highly recommend staying here! We were a group of 15 people, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean, roomy, and well-appointed. The structure is lovely, and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the river, right next door to the royal palace, in the middle of the night market and just around the corner from many cafes, restaurants, and stores! If I could ever get bored praying again, I would stay here again.

I like the location of this guest house. It's not fancy, but comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful. Around the corner from the famous lung praying night market and an easy walk to the riverside restaurants. Breakfast on the porch is delicious. Great value.

I suggest not expecting a luxury or boutique hotel as some of the reviews, particularly on application, may be too high. Its a very good option for anyone praying in lung prayer. You cannot beat Villa Phathanas because it is situated directly across from the royal palace, near to the night market, and close to many restaurants and bars. Despite it's prime location, it is at the same time fairly calm. The bed was decent, and the room was spacious and clean. It's not particularly dark inside, possibly due to the dark wood furniture and the small windows. And the bathroom was rather small. They also provide a nice breakfast with fruit shakes and pancakes. The helpful personnel helped me when I needed to schedule a tour.

I can't say that we had a good time. The location is excellent as many people have stated. Right next to a bustling night market and a busy main street full of eateries. The location is a high rating. But the hotel is old and in need of a thorough cleaning. The drinking glasses in our bathroom were covered in stains. I left them out in large quantities for room service, and they did not replace them. Toiletries were in large branded bottles like panting, but they were unquestionably cheap mystery refills. The bathroom was filthy and sad. The electricity ports appeared outdated. The hotel staff was chaotic and didn't appear to know anything about the tours and transport they claimed to provide. One morning, our breakfast order was sent to the wrong table, and we had to wait until it was replaced. We enjoyed lung praying, and the villa Phathana's rooms were inexpensive and do the job.

Excellent location. I won't stay in the same hotel again because the shower was so dirty, I didn't use it for two days owing to this. If the shower was cleaned, it would be fine. Liang probing is such a charming town, the monks will walk down to the hotel in the morning to collect alms and you are 50 yards from the lovely night market. If you the management read this cleaner, you would get a 4.
