Harga murah, bersih, dan pelayanan bagus. Namun, ada beberapa kekurangan dalam pembayaran. Yang ada hanyalah kartu kredit, debit, dan uang tunai saja. Namun, sayangnya, mesin terminal tidak berfungsi dengan baik pada hari tersebut. Lebih baik saat ini tambahkan opsi pembayaran seperti Touch dan Go dan QR code. Lebih mudah bagi pelanggan karena ada banyak pilihan pembayaran. Staf yang menangani sangat baik. Nasib baik bagi saya untuk mentransfer uang untuk pembayaran. I booked a queens deluxe room, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The first thing to check was the speed of the wifi, im happy that it is fast and no issues with it. The room is very neat and tidy, but the glass bathroom can be intimidating, especially when staying with other people. But its not a big deal. Location is quite convenient, with many shops and restaurants around the hotel and a 1015 minute walk from the nearest public transport. Would definitely consider staying here again if come to cheras. Quite worth the price.

The room is neat and clean. There isnt much to complain about, except that the toilet bowl gets clogged after frequent usage. The location is good, as there are row of stores, 3 convenience stores, and restaurants on the opposite side of the main road. The wifi speed in the room is also fast.
