Guests are fully liable for any breach of property rules, including damages, defects, loss of keys/access cards, misuse of parking, wet entry into lifts, or actions leading to fines or summons. All related costs will be charged to the guest without exception.
The reception will open until 1 AM. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. However, please note that check-in is only possible after 3 PM.【Early Check-In】Early room access before 1500hrs is subjected to additional charges of MYR 50 per hour and room availability upon arrival. 【Late Check-Out】Late check out after 1100hrs is chargeable at RM 50 per room per hour (Subject to room availability).
Upon check-in, a cash security deposit of MYR 200 per room is mandatory. This deposit will be refunded during checkout, provided there are no violations of our policies or terms
