The location is also very convenient, a bit far from cenang beach on foot, but by taxi is quite fast! Im very grateful to this hotel for the amazing surroundings, warm survive and delicious breakfast!.

Kami memesan 2 malam di hotel ini. Kami pikir kami akan menginap di hotel yang lebih mewah daripada hotel mana pun yang biasa kami kunjungi, tetapi sayangnya bukan itu masalahnya! Kamar yang kami dapatkan kotor, dinding, lantai, jendela, asbak di bawah tempat tidur (lihat gambar), rusak (dinding, furnitur: lihat gambar) dan berjamur. Meskipun banyak "pengharum ruangan" ditempatkan di mana-mana, kamar dan kamar mandi berbau tidak sedap (antara lain selokan). Tak heran lukisan itu baru saja direnovasi di dalam ruangan karena pasti ada di mana-mana (headboard, dinding jendela, furnitur, wastafel, dll). Kami tidak bisa menyalakan TV dan wifi sangat buruk (sama untuk 4 G). Beberapa menit setelah minum kopi (ditawakan di kamar), banyak semut kecil berkumpul di cangkir. Semua elemen yang terakumulasi ini akhirnya membuat kami kabur keesokan harinya! HARA TIDAK DIPERINGAT: Kami melaporkan kamar tempat kami dan bukan seluruh hotel! Menurut kami, masih banyak hotel yang lebih berkualitas dengan harga yang sama.

Lokasi sangat strategis, 10 per 15 menit dari hiburan dan pantai. Restoran dan toko serba ada di dekatnya. Kamar kedap suara buruk. Terima kasih kepada Angela dan Ray yang mengatur sarapan atas nasihat baik dan kebaikan mereka. Jangan ragu untuk mencoba Rasa Pedas Angela.

The place is a bit old but worth the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. One morning we woke up late and the breakfast spread was already finished, they were very nice to ask if we want them to cook us a fresh one and we asked for fried rice! It tastes good too.

The staff was amazing. They really try to make things nice. But my room was quite old, rusty, and didnt smell good. The towels smelled like butt. The resort has a nice pond in the middle, pool with bar.

We had a great time here. We appreciate the upgrade to a pool view villa unit, which we stayed for 6 days. The pool was refreshing, especially on hot days. The closest beach Pantai cenang is a walk. There are beautiful sunsets there. Enjoy!.

I booked 3 rooms family room, suite and lake view room for 5 days and 4 nights. I was very happy with the room, breakfast and housekeeping. I checked in at 8 pm at night and told the staff that i would be checking out late because my flight is at 8 pm and the staff said okay. On our last day at the hotel, i received a sms from the manager on duty (Azila) and was told that i would have to pay extra if i extended it. I was very upset as i was not told during check in and the staff knew i had a 10 month old baby. Other staff are very friendly even the chef was very nice to help me prepare separate baby food for my 10 month old son. Thank you very much chef. I really appreciate it. Otherwise, i am very happy with other services. Will definitely come back for the stay and location.

Resor iris sanctuary terletak di pantai Cenang yang tidak jauh dari restoran dan aktivitas malam. Harganya lumayan untuk kolam air, sangat cantik pada waktu malem membuat resor ini romantis. Tempat bersih staf hotel sigap dengan supir mereka serta membantu kita sekalian juga ada beberapa resto seperti Thailand ataupun Chinese Western disekitar Resort Iris Sanctional Park yaitu hanya 5 menit saja jarak ke Restoran

Resor iris yang terletak di pantai Cenang cukup dekat dengan restoran serta aktivitas malam. Harganya lumayan bagus kolam air pada saat Malam sangat cantik sehingga resort ini romantis dan bersih kamar hotel juga terawat, staf ramah sekali dalam membantu kami terutama jika kesulitan mencari makan atau berbelanja karena hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Resort saya bisa menikmati waktu bersantai disini
