HOUSE RULES A Security deposit of RM100 per day to be collected during booking and refunded in full within 24 hours upon check-out once we have checked for any damages and/ or breakages during the stay. (No deposit for apps booking) Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 12PM. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check out as follows: .Before 1 pm RM100 .Before 6 pm RM200 .After 6 pm full day charge For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges. In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the premise during their stay. All guests are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am. The following activities/ consumptions are not allowed inside the homestay premise: Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia No Pets are allowed. No Smoking is allowed within the premise. Any smoking inside the house will result in penalty of RM150. No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposed for any shoe marks found on the floor. Swimming Pool: Guest are required to wear proper swimming attire. Wet attire is prohibited inside the house, use the changing room at the poolside. Lost or damage of gate and house access keys will attract a fee of RM100. The premise and swimming pool should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM100 will apply if the house is left in a dirty and messy condition. Any breakage or damage of any equipment and/ or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list. The management will not be responsible for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence. Guests are to park their vehicle within the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.
