I had a very pleasant stay overall. The reception team truly stood out—their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness were exceptional. They were consistently informative, helpful, and welcoming, which made a great first impression. However, there was an unfortunate experience at the coffee shop. I had asked if they could reheat a pizza I purchased the night before (shout out to Milano Pizza KLCC), but it was returned burnt. Disappointingly, there was no apology from the staff; instead, the situation was handled with a lack of attentiveness, which left me feeling overlooked. I brought this matter to the reception, and I must commend them for their outstanding service recovery. They kindly offered a replacement pizza from the coffee shop on level 1. Even though I had already ordered a new one via GrabFood, they still insisted on sending a replacement to my room, which I truly appreciated. That said, the delivery experience could have been improved. The staff member who delivered the pizza appeared less than welcoming and did not offer any apology. In addition, the pizza itself did not meet expectations, as it was undercooked and lacking in taste. Regarding the room, it was generally clean and comfortable. However, there were minor issues such as some mold on the mirror and a towel that was not in ideal condition. Once again, the reception handled this promptly by arranging immediate housekeeping service, which was greatly appreciated. There was also a slight odor coming from the bathroom drain, and a room freshener might help enhance the overall comfort. In conclusion, while there are areas that could benefit from improvement—particularly in the coffee shop service—the excellent response and care shown by the reception team truly made a difference. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.
