Please read through the house rules before check in the property. we appreciate you taking care our property as your own property. Security Deposit RM200 is compulsory before check in, bank transfer by duit now / instant transfer
House rules:
1. No Illegal Activities within the building (damage RM300)
2. Quiet hour 11pm -6am ( damage RM100)
3 Smoking only allowed at the balcony area (damage RM200)
4. Use of facilities: Swimming attire required for using swimming pool
5. Use of facilities: Gym & FItness centre required sport wear
6. No wearing Shoe inside the Units (damage RM100)
7. Lost keys card (damage RM150)
8. Late check out chargeable RM 50 per hour (IF AVAILABLE)
9. Extra guest chargeable RM20 per person ( Above 8 year old)
10. Request earlier check in is subject to the availability of the units ( Free check in from 2pm onward) Chargeable earlier check in at RM40 between (10am-12pm )
11. 1 secure parking lot is provided for 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom, 2 secure parking is provided for 3 bedroom
12. Cleaning in between your stay is chargeable between RM50-RM70 per cleaning.

Important Noted
- Our property only has non-smoking rooms. Guests only allowed to smoke at the balcony area or the nearest smoking area if needed.
- Car parking at the nearest lot of your block, any parking lot is allowed to use for vehicle parking.
- Any damages, lost of access card, smoking smell, extreme dirty unit will be charge accordingly from the security deposit.
- Request cleaning during the stay period will be charge ( 1 bedroom RM50, 2 bedroom RM60, 3 bedroom RM70 )
- Request change of towel or added essential item only allowed for guest stay above 3 night
- Quiet after 11pm - 6am
