I am very grateful for the good service we received during our family's birthday dinner on 9 bug 2020. My family was very happy with the warm welcome, the delicious food, and the friendly service. The birthday music cake that was served in a new mood was excellent. Well done riff captain and riff saudi server. Keep up the good work.

The most satisfying hotel quarantine I've ever had, I think. I have a balcony that faces the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Last night I admired the sunset, and this morning I performed my exercises in this breeze and could see birds flying around in the trees. A special thank you to the hotel reservation team patrol for their assistance. He ensured that I got the rooms I requested because we are a family group so we want adjacent rooms as well. He kept us up to date with the quarantine procedures as they kept changing, and he made sure we had the documents needed to ensure proper clearance through the airport upon arrival. The fact that professional and compassionate personnel makes a difference, particularly if you intend to travel during the couid pandemic.

When I returned to the building, the quarantine was required for 14 days. I purchased the premium executive suite at Hang Bay for 5,600 ringgit Malaysia. To my regret, we were given expired coffee, there was an ant infestation, and all quarantined guests were added to a WhatsApp group where crucial information from Kim relayed from the hotel staffs was hidden in miscellaneous inquiries from other guests. It was unprofessional to see other guests complain and I do think this should be held privately, not for me to witness. When I called them politely enquired about my order food, the staff was redone and the staff went papaya. On the last day of checkout, I attempted to speak with some of them directly face-to-face, and it was a complete change.

Best place for staycation with best view, menu bf pun sedap rasa nya, hanya sayang, tiap’ hari dia punya menu hampir sama aja, jadi kalau menginap beberapa hari bisa bosan kolam renang nya besar dan ada kolam renang u anak n kolam whirpool fasilitas gym nya lumayan komplit, ruang gym ada ac, ada minum, handuk juga disediakan

Was a great stay, hotel staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. Hotel was clean and facilities were in good condition also. The restaurant was a little different, although the food was nice, they tended to give us whatever they had available as opposed to what we ordered WITHOUT informing us, so we were often surprised and confused when our plates were brought to the table. Some improvement on communication/hospitality would’ve made this a lot better.

Overall satisfactory as the hotel still new. However the room is bit plain with too simple decoration. Writing table is recommended esp for those travelling for business. Limited choices for TV channel with standard size of flat screen. Air-cond blower is bit noisy esp when on night time. The switcher for shower is hard to manage.
