1. Check in time is 3pm onwards; Check out time is before 12pm.
2. Late check-out will be charged as an additional night.
3. The following activities are not allowed in the premise:
-Pets , smoking, etc
-Any illegal activities and vandalism will be reported to the
police and authorized authorities.
4. The host will not be held any responsible for any dangerous or
illegal activities and loss of valuables.
5. Please lower down the volume after 12am.
6. A fee of RM50 will be charged if the keys / access cards are lost.
7. Please keep the premise in good and clean condition.
8. If there is any damage to the furniture, customers will be
charged for compensation.
9. Customers have to pay RM100 as deposit before check-in.
The deposit will be fully returned to the guest if there is no
damage done to the room.
10. Host has the right to enter the room after 12pm for
cleaning purpose.
