I came on 10 pm at Berjaya and surprised that no lobby apartment and security called the "agent" for the room apartment. After waiting almost 15 min 2 guys asking my passport and I did not give but only show it and they registered my name in the book. These all processed really scary to my family at the end we had to the room with the e***** bu this 2 guys. Room was so stinky and smell not good feel the bit dampness.Lighting was poor😱 some bulbs were off. Toilet need to be repaired, kitchen is not okay and bit dirty 😏 I booked 2 nite but due to my family unhappy then we decidec to leave next morningPopular Facilities
