Saya menginap di BreakX Hotel pada akhir Januari 2025, dan pengalaman saya sungguh luar biasa. Steward dan Sabrina menyambut saya dengan hangat sejak saya tiba, yang langsung membuat saya merasa dihargai. Proses check-in sangat lancar dan tidak merepotkan. Saya memesan kamar Deluxe King dan itu melebihi ekspektasi saya. Tempat tidur dan kasur memiliki kombinasi sempurna antara kelembutan dan dukungan, memastikan tidur berkualitas tinggi. Kamarnya sendiri luas, dilengkapi dengan sofa yang nyaman dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas dasar seperti teh atau kopi, sikat gigi, topi mandi, sampo, dan sabun mandi cair. Salah satu hal favorit saya adalah meja marmer besar yang sangat memuaskan! Namun yang paling menarik adalah Smart TV yang dapat terhubung dengan aplikasi Home, sehingga masa menginap menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan nyaman. Kamar mandinya juga mengesankan, dengan tekanan air yang besar dan suhu air hangat yang pas untuk mandi santai. Saat check-out, saya secara pribadi disambut oleh Manajer Operasi, Tuan Han, yang merupakan sentuhan yang bagus untuk mengakhiri masa tinggal saya. Secara keseluruhan, keramahtamahan di BreakX Hotel adalah yang terbaik dan saya pasti akan kembali lagi di masa mendatang!

Break X Hotel Penang memberikan pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa! Sejak saya tiba, stafnya hangat, ramah, dan selalu siap membantu, membuat saya merasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Kamar saya masih baru, bersih, dan sangat nyaman, menciptakan pengalaman menginap yang santai. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, sempurna setelah seharian menjelajah. Kafe hotel adalah sorotan lainnya. Kopinya luar biasa dan menunya memiliki banyak pilihan lezat. Baik untuk minum kopi pagi atau sekedar cemilan sebentar, ini adalah tempat yang sempurna untuk melepas lelah. Saya pasti akan kembali!

Saya menginap di kamar dengan dua tempat tidur ukuran queen. Kamarnya bagus dan nyaman untuk keluarga beranggotakan empat orang (tapi kepala pancuran tidak cukup kuat). Pemandangan kolam renangnya sangat cocok untuk berfoto.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The best staff, spacious, nice and comfortable rooms. They care about every detail. Beautiful swimming pool, very good coworking space, delicious coffee. 10 minutes by grab to the centre of georgestown.

Kamarnya luas, banyak tempat parkir dan semuanya baru dan bersih. Saya juga memperhatikan kafe bagus di lobi mereka terlihat sangat menarik! Saya pasti akan mencobanya pada kunjungan saya berikutnya ke Penang. Satu catatan kecil: hotel ini masih dalam renovasi lantai atas, jadi kami dibangunkan kebisingan. Ini bukan masalah besar bagi kami sejak kami check-out, tetapi jika Anda mencari penginapan yang benar-benar tenang, mungkin lebih baik menunggu renovasi selesai. Kamarnya luas, fasilitas hotelnya baru, kolam renangnya kelas satu, dan setiap lantai memiliki mesin air untuk tamu! Lokasinya jauh dari kota dan Anda harus menggunakan taksi atau berkendara untuk masuk dan keluar. Ada jalan raya dan tidak ada fasilitas pejalan kaki.

The hotel is still under construction. The hotel feels new and clean. However, the shower is already slightly broken. The room is very spacious, and both the bed and pillows are comfortable. The location isnt the most strategic, but getting around by grab is easy.

However, the wifi is terrible, it is extremely slow and keeps off, and the tv is unable to operate. The hairdryer is equipped with a china pin, making it challenging to connect and loose.

Hotel ini tidak cocok jika Anda lebih suka berjalan kaki untuk menikmati pemandangan lokal atau berbelanja. Tidak ada trotoar untuk berjalan kaki dengan aman, sehingga uang terbuang sia-sia untuk transportasi. Tidak banyak fasilitas di dekatnya dan konektivitas dengan berjalan kaki buruk. Selain itu, hotel itu sendiri bagus untuk bersantai.
