Booking & Deposit:
1.After booking, date changes or shortening stay are not allowed.
2.Host will require IC / License / Passport after booking.
3.Deposit RM200 before check-in via online instant transfer.
4.If bookings over 15 days, deposit is RM500.

House Guidelines:
1.No celebrations or parties allowed.
2.Keep the unit clean and tidy. Do not stick tape, move, or damage property.
3.Please respect neighbors: no loud noise, jumping, or disturbances.
4.No smoking in any area.
5.Shoes off inside the house.
6.No durians or pets allowed.
7.Switch off lights and air-conditioning when not in use or leaving.
8.Keep the key and access card safe.
9.Dispose of rubbish properly—do not throw anything from balconies, corridors, lifts, or car parks.
10.If your bedroom door gets locked, contact the host, do not break it.
11.Returning the key to the mailbox indicates check-out. We are not responsible for items left behind.

Please note that failure to comply with the house rules may result in penalties:
1.Violation of house rules may result in fines.
2.Check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out will incur an additional nightly fee.
3.Complaints from neighbors may result in a RM200 fine and immediate check-out.
4.One (1) set of keys/access card will be provided.
5.Guests using the swimming pool must wear proper swimwear.
-Please ensure your body is dry before entering the lift.
-Management may impose a penalty for non-compliance.
6.Renovation works or pool maintenance may take place without prior notice.
