The hotel is situated in a lovely location overlooking the gold course. The service provided is excellent, and even the breakfast meal is unique from other hotels. It is offered upon request, with firstrate service. I do feel as though i am on vacation because the atmosphere is very tranquil and cozy, which is reminiscent of an oldfashioned english style. All of the staff members, including the waiters, receptionists, etc., are really cordial. My only wish is perhaps to enhance the overall appearance and feel so that it appears new despite its classic appearance. This resort will undoubtedly be my last stop. Because of how long it was waiting, ive previously been unable to use the spa, but ill definitely visit it again the following time.

The staff and service were exceptional. The spa treatments provided were of the highest caliber, with outstanding therapists. Additionally, the rooms and facilities were wellmaintained, and the location was convenient, being conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, or night markets.

The hotel is vintage. The housekeeping and maintenance needs to be improved, and the tv needs some updating to stay functional. Its a great hospitality. Breakfast was above average. I spent one night there. Overall, it was i had an enjoyable experience. Team ytl can do better than this.

We had a great time during our stay and were pleased with the food provided. The steamboat was also delightful, using fresh ingredients. Particularly the waiters at the restaurant, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Its incredibly spacious, spotless, and vintage in the room. However, i would advise rearranging the couch cushions and providing firmer pillows.

This is a great place to stay in the cambrian hills. The staffs service level and warmth are exceptional, making it incredibly comfortable. Also, the spa was excellent. Special thanks to santosh for his excellent breakfast service.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The room was nice and spacious. But the best part of the stay was the staff! I have never experienced such attentive and friendly staff in comparison to the team at the Cameron Highlands. Thank you very much for an unforgettable stay from room 54 on tuesday 9th to thursday 11th.

The room is clean and comfortable. However, the sound insulation in the room was poor, as you can hear the noisy conversations next door. The service provided was excellent, and the environment was beautiful. Overall, i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The bed was specially decorated with a card as it was our honey moon. The sound insulation can be tad weak, but not enough to ruin your experience. Old british style with modern vibes and eastern hospitality. Atmosphere and service are genuinely enjoyable and definitely worth experiencing.

We are staying at the Cameron Highland resort for the first time. The dining room served a delicious dinner that started with supper. We had lupin lamb pie, barramundi fish, mushroom soup, and chocolate lasagna cake. Clean, nice, spacious hotel rooms. They served an ala cartee breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is excellent, with complete facilities in a clean and atmospherically rich environment. The temperature was also comfortably warm in the evening. However, the front desk service left something to be desired, particularly from one of the staff members of indian descent. Even though i had made snarky special requests ten days in advance and was willing to pay extra, my concerns were completely ignored. I left my contact information at the reception, but nobody seemed to care, which was frustrating. All ive wanted for was merely tamped up cake to celebrate my friends birthday, and he said if it wasnt free ill pay. Breakfast is not served buffetstyle, rather, it is served à la carte, featuring freshly prepared, warm dishes that taste good. Staff was courteous and attentive. Front office team could use some improvement!.

The hotel and staff are truly exceptional! I highly recommend their high tea and their twohour strawberry couple spa. I would like to express my gratitude to your lovely front desk employee, hafiz, for his kindness and consideration during our stay. He made an effort to make it a memorable one for us without asking because he was aware that it was our anniversary. The housekeeping staff came twice yearly to check on us and made us adorable towel swans and i gave them courtesy flowers and cakes. This hotel is immaculate, elegant, and immoderate. Please offer haffiz and your employees perks and promotions. Here, the staff goes above and beyond 5 stars!.

A wonderful location to spend a long weekend in the cambodia mountains. A laidback hotel built in colonial style with savoring spa and excellent dining. There isnt much they can do about it because its on crowded road, but the outstanding customer service provided by the fantastic staff is what truly sets this place apart from almost anywhere else weve stayed in malaysia. The clubhouse is literally across the street, and getting to some of the jungle trails from the hotel is simple. If you want to play golf, the club house is directly across from it, making it simple to walk some forest trails. For those who are walking to the boh tea plantation, please arrange cab back if you plan to take 4 hours because some sections of trail are quite challenging. Thank you for ensuring he has remained here.

The location is far from town, with beautiful views of the golf course greenery across the street. The decor is beautiful, the staff is first rate, and the restaurant food is excellent both breakfast and dinner. Our deluxe room, balcony, was spacious and well laid out, including a super bathroom. There is s much history in this property, so we were happy we chose it. If we return to cambodiahs, i cant imagine staying anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic. What if he is truly amazing.
