The villa boasted a spacious interior with a pool and jacuzzi facilities. The room itself was spacious, featuring two queensize beds, exuding a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the proximity of a beach, just a 3minute walk away, added to the overall comfort of the stay.

Kami menginap di wisma ini bersama putra kami yang berusia 2 tahun. Kamarnya luas dan sangat bersih. Hotel yang tenang, kolam renang yang menyenangkan, dan laut hanya berjarak beberapa ratus batu. Sangat eksotis melihat domba, monyet, dan kucing melewati taman. Sarapan sangat enak dan staf yang sangat ramah. Kami merasa seperti keluarga.

Saya telah mengunjungi Casa Titik dua kali sebelum PKP 2020. Tempatnya indah, konsepnya menarik, makanan enak dan pelayanannya baik. Namun, setelah PKP tahun 2022, semuanya sudah berkurang. Tidak ada sarapan yang disediakan, kolam renang kotor, layanannya juga kurang. Saya pikir mungkin karena kurangnya staf. Jadi saya berharap Casa Titik dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya. Jujur, saya sangat menyukai tempat ini sejak pertama kali datang.

We reserved a room in the king suite. The room was tidy, although the scent of detergent was a little overpowering. There were two rooms, one single bed in the guest room and one single bed on the floor. There is one bathroom. The shower has good pressure, although the tub has some rust stains. We had to leave earlier than usual when the gate was open, but the family was extremely welcoming and accommodating our early checkout time without any issues. There are many cats nearby, and they appear friendly, even though we didnt really interact with them.

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is good. There are many cats on the property. Would stay again 100%.

The bed and shower were good. The entire property needs a good tidying up. Facilities to heat your own food with a communal fridge, plates etc. There are no food road stalls within walking distance. Overrun with cats. Insect repellent is essential.

Saat kami tiba sudah tengah malam, resepsionis menyambut kami dengan ramah dan sopan, senyum tak lekang. Kamarnya juga besar, dengan dua tempat tidur queen. Ada balkon yang menghadap ke stasiun kereta. Ada TV, cermin, pemanas air, dan almari. Ada banyak kucing di sini, semuanya gemuk dan dekat dengan orang. Ada 3 kolam, satu besar dan satu kecil. Tuala untuk mandi kolam disediakan. Akses ke pantai agak jauh. Kamar mandi berbau ammonia, mandi pun harus cepat-cepat karena tidak tahan baunya. Harap diperbaiki.

Lokasinya strategis, sangat indah, dekat dengan jalan dan pantai. Hanya saja, saat Anda tidur, Anda mendengar suara kereta yang lewat. Kamarnya sangat mendasar, tidak ada siaran TV. Tidak mahal, tapi nyaman.

I spent one night in the king suite, and the room was tidy. The location is quite isolated, and there were only a few other families staying there at the same time, making it very quiet and a little unsettling at night. The pool is small and not cleaned properly. There was only one housekeeper in the entire house, but she was quite effective. The beach is right behind the house. Great view.

Bungalow resort ini terletak di lokasi yang cukup terpencil, namun begitu, letaknya berada di tengah perjalanan menuju kawasan wisata Cherating. Sunyi dan nyaman sangat cocok untuk pengunjung yang membutuhkan ketenangan. Kembalilah. Jumlah kamar terbatas. Memang sesuai untuk pengunjung yang membutuhkan uang. Kamar ada yang kecil dan besar bisa disesuaikan dengan anggaran Anda. Kami menginap di kamar dengan 2 tempat tidur queen. Kemudahan yang ditawarkan dalam kamar juga baik. Semuanya lengkap. Kondisi kamar bersih, meskipun furniturnya agak tua, namun masih terawat dengan baik. Sarapan ok. Hidangan sarapan di sini berbentuk a la carte. Saat check-in, resepsionis akan menanyakan jenis menu pilihan kami untuk sarapan keesokan paginya. Ada 4 pilihan utama. Set Barat, set nasi lemak, set nasi goreng atau set mihun goreng. Kami mencoba 3 menu nasi lemak, mihun Dan nasi goreng. Rasanya enak. Fasilitas di resort ini juga bagus. Bungalow ini juga menyediakan fasilitas dasar utama seperti kolam renang dan ruang permainan serta perpustakaan. Kolam renang dapat digunakan hingga malam hari. Ada kolam untuk anak-anak dan orang dewasa. Pemandangannya agak kurang. Bungalow resort ini agak jauh ke pantai. Kami harus keluar dari resor di bagian belakang sejauh lebih 100 meter untuk mencapai pantai melalui kawasan latihan kuda. Secara keseluruhan kami menginap di sini sangat memuaskan.

Sangat cocok untuk mereka yang memiliki kendaraan sendiri dan suka kucing Pantainya dekat, cocok untuk mandi. Kamar nyaman dan internet cepat. Desain bergaya Spanish Villa, bagus untuk menangkap gambar. Tempat makan tidak jauh, tapi murah dan sangat enak. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu (Terima kasih Azie) 10 per 10, akan kembali.

Tempat parkir yang luas dan menyenangkan. Ada kolam renang tetapi tidak dibuka. Pantai harus menapak ke depan, bukan keluar dari resort. Toko makan harus diparkir di luar.

I already like the spanish design building when i enter the building. The interior is even better. It is next to the horse barn and the beach. A great place for kids to roam around and play. There is a horse who likes kids. She will run with the kids. So cute. The room is spacious, clean and new.

This beautiful villa building has a spanish design. It has 10 rooms and you can choose an adjoining room. Its perfect for a family gathering. There is a pool and beach for you to watch the sunrise. If you love cats, here you can see your furry friend following you around.
