This is our third time staying here during festive season (Hari Raya/ Eid Fitr). Room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Quite comfortable to sleep with decent quality bed. Surrounding area have a lot of restaurant, cafes and retail establishments.

Although this hotel is a non luxury hotel, but the basic needs is there. The room is simple and clean. Plenty of secure parking and you can find lots amenities surrounding the hotel. Recommended

The hotel is in a convenient location, safe and not too noisy even though it is by a busy intersection. The rooms are clean. There is a very cute calico cat that greets you at the entrance. They are very generous with their complimentary items. Would stay again

The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish.

The location is very good as it is within a lot of shops. However the wifi service was very poor and this is something the hotel should upgrade. The hotel should refund appropriately cause they indicated there is wifi but the services was very poor or nothing.
