1. Check-In Time : 2.00pm to 3.00pm.
 Check-Out Time: 12.00pm to 1.00pm.
2. Late Check-Outs without advance notice will be charged RM100.00 per hour calculated from 1.00pm onwards.
3. Upon Check-In, please ensure all guests scan the MySejahtera QR Code. If you do not have MySejahtera App, please fill in your details in the book provided. We will not be responsible for any fines or legal action by authorities caused by negligence in following relevant SOPs and Laws.
4. Please do not wear shoes inside the property unless they are bathroom sandals/slippers only meant to be worn indoors. Please place your shoes in the shoe racks provided in both the front and rear entrances. Additional Cleaning Fee of RM100.00 will be applied if the property is found dirty with mud and soil stains due to shoes.
5. Guests who organise events or parties within our premises must ensure that all decorations and props (balloons, decorations, confettis, etc.) are properly cleaned up before checking out. Additional Cleaning Fee of RM500.00 will be charged if guests fail to adhere to this rule.
6. No drugs or narcotics allowed to be used in the property. Also, no illegal activities in any form allowed to be held in our premises. Offenders will be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. No smoking within the property. A penalty of RM300.00 will be applied if guests are found smoking.
8. No high music volume or noise after 11.00pm, as it may disturb neighbours.
9. No pets allowed within the property. Additional Cleaning Fee of RM500.00 will be applied to clean pet hair and other animal stains if they are found after Check-Out.
10. Only light cooking (without flame or smoke) is permitted in the kitchenette. Additional Cleaning Fee of RM300.00 will be applied to clean cooking stains if they are found after Check-Out.
11. Guests are prohibited from eating in the premises or storing in the fridge Durians, Mangosteens or any other types food with strong stench and colouring. Penalty of RM500.00 applies if this is not observed.
12. Please take good care of the home appliances and furnitures at all times. Damage or loss of any appliances or furnitures will be charged accordingly. Please refer to Penalty and Inventories Price list for more information.
