Please take note as following rules below

SS HOMESTAY house rules 房屋规则
Check in 3pm or before 7pm (在3pm或7pm之前入住)
Check out 12pm (下午12点退房)
(1) For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in.
为了安全起见，在办理入住手续时必须提供有效的带照片的身份证件。
(2) Please take off your shoes before entering the homestay.
入住民宿前，请把鞋子脱掉。
(3) No party & events inside the homestay.
不能有任何派对或违约事件在民宿中。
(4) Guest is responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and sanitary fashion.
房客有责任保持民宿清洁与卫生。
(5) Guests are expected to take care of the equipment and furniture in homestay. Any loss or damage of items will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
所有房客需照顾民宿的设备和家具。物品的任何丢失或损坏将根据实际的更换费用向您收取。
(6) Strictly no smoking & drug in the whole unit including balcony. Penalty will be charges RM300.
严禁吸烟和吸毒，包括阳台在内的整个民宿区域。如违反者将罚款RM300。
(7) No food/drink /e-cigarette in the bedrooms
睡房内禁止食物/饮料/电子烟。
(8) "Going Green", please always turn off all lights and air-conditioner and heater upon existing the homestay at all times.
为了响应环保与安全，请在每次离开民宿前，把所有电源关上。
(9) Please do not lost access card and unit door keys. A charges of RM 200 will be imposed for the loss of each access card and keys.
请不要丢失房门卡和房门钥匙。丢失每张房门卡和房门钥匙将收取200令吉的费用。
(10) If having durian and mangosteen，will be charges RM300 or more to pay for their cleaning fee.
带入榴莲与山竹进入民宿，需支付RM300或更多来支付清洁费。
(11) Only light cooking is allowed, example instant noodle. Kindly clean up after usage.
只允许轻度烹饪，使用后需立即清理干净。

(12) Be ensure all our next guest enjoy a clean kitchen, please be considered and wash the dishes after use ensure the kitchen dry and clean.
请确保我们下一位客人能享有干净的厨房，记得在离开前清理干净。
(13) Please do not throw food into the sink, kindly throw your food waste into the bins provided.
请不要将食物倒入水槽中，请将食物垃圾倒入提供的垃圾箱中。
(14) Remember take your belongings before leaving, we will not make any compensation for any loss.
记得在离开之前拿走您的贵重物品，如有损失我们将不做任何赔偿。
(15) Please be considerate at night. Kindly keep noise levels low after 10pm.
晚上十点以后，禁止任何喧哗。
(16) After leaving the homestay, you can put the door key into the designated mailbox. The mailbox will be at the elevator waiting area on the first floor. Turn right and you will see this Mail Room.
离开民宿后，您可以将房门钥匙放入指定的邮箱。信箱在第一层电梯等候处的右转位置，您就会看到写着Mail Room的房间。
(17) Please put the door key into the designated mailbox. Remember that you cannot put it out again after putting it in.
离开民宿后，可以将房门钥匙放进指定信箱，切记放进去后将不能重新取出。
