A penalty of RM500 will be imposed to your Airbnb account if we find any rule has been violated:

2. No smoking 🚭 (even near windows/balcony)
3. No pets 🐾
4. No drugs ❌
5. No parties or loud gatherings 🎉
6. Light cooking only – no deep frying 🍳
7. Turn off aircond & electrical appliances when not in use
8. Please don’t leave behind personal items – cleaners are not responsible
