House rules :
1. RM 300 security deposit is require before check-in.
2. Earlier check in and Late check out will be charged RM 50 per hour. This is subject to availability because the housekeeping would be processing.
3. No smoking within the property and common area. Smoking in common area will be fine by management amount above RM 500.00
4. No parties & events : Room decoration & excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. You may be evicted from the property.
5. Only allow to park your car on the carpark number that the owner have given and please follow the arrow direction in the carpark area. Violate direction way will be fine RM 300.00 each time.
6. No drugs : Drugs activities are criminal case and strictly prohibited. Police report will be lodged.
7. Please keep low volume after 10.00 pm so as not to disturb the peaceful night.
8. No pets are allowed to be inside the property.
9. Please keep the place always clean. Do not put anything including the shoes on the public area or corridor. The rubbish bags can just put inside the house or throw to the rubbish bin that inside the rubbish store. The rubbish store is in the level carpark which is infront the grill door after go out the lif.
10. Damage Electricity card / Lost door / Vehicle access card will be charged RM 200.00 each and lost keys will be charged RM 50.00 each.
11. Damage, loss or stain caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
12. Please only park at the designated parking lot to avoid clamp, clamp case will not responsible by host.
13. Please switch off all the power when not in use or upon leaving the property.
