Kamar twin juga besar. Ada bathtub dan sarapan gratis, parkir gratis di basement atau depan hotel. Tempat parkir agak sempit. Sarapan ok, tidak terlalu buruk, ada nasi lemak, nasi tomato, ayam masak merah, mie goreng, pancake, Chicken sausage, potato wedges, omelette counter, salad, noodle soup, congee, mesin kopi, jus, beberapa pilihan roti. Tempat makan luas dan nyaman.

The reception is very pleasant and funny. I really like the reception. The bathroom is a bathtub, very nice to relax in. The only problem i noticed is that the bath room curtain is not long enough. Ignoring that, its a very nice place to stay and the price is very affordable.

Harga yang terjangkau sudah mendapatkan kamar yang bersih, cukup luas, dan kamar mandi dengan bathtub. Salah satu staf resepsionis sangat ramah dan menyenangkan. Anda dapat meninggalkan koper Anda untuk waktu yang terbatas. Di sebelah hotel terdapat mal kecil untuk berbelanja oleh-oleh di NSK. Lokasi hotel cukup jauh dari pusat KL. Butuh waktu 20 menit berkendara jika tidak macet. Namun, hotel ini cocok sebagai hotel transit jika ingin ke daerah lain di Malaysia seperti Raub. Karena tidak terlalu jauh dari highway.

As a nonmalaysian, i hope this will be helpful for your lovely, enjoyable stay. I have traveled frequently to kl, and i always choose this crystal crown for a variety of reasons. Mr. Gobind at the front desk is extremely pleasant, professional, understanding, and has a very positive attitude to assist you with any questions or changes in mood. There has never been a change in mood. The rooms are always fantastic, spacious, and very neat. The bathroom and bath tub all appear new and in excellent condition. A clean, pleasantsmelling corridor with a maintained silence. So a calm stay. I had the opportunity to eat their breakfast once, trust me, its amazing. The view from my window is pleasant, so i like its location. This time, my stay was 26 days. I would call this a 5star hotel. Yes, wifi could be better that is the only lag because i have to depend on it as a visitor. So yes, its worth the cost, completely safe, and a pleasant experience.

The room is immaculate. Parking is not provided, but it is simple to find a parking close to the hotel. It was convenient for us because the hotel had a mall next to it. The receptionist was really pleasant! Love the service and smiles.

It used to be a great hotel. Now that it is under renovation, expect some noise. The front desk staff is friendly. Check in is also fast. The breakfast buffet is generous and offers more food than i expected. The tv has no channels. I complained to their live chat, but i was only greeted. No toothpaste, toothbrush, and hair comb. The water pressure in the shower is strong. The heater is satisfactory. The room is clean. Towels and bed linen are also clean. The toilet and bathtub have stains due to wear and tear. Hope they can return to their previous glory after renovation.

Hotel ini cukup baik dengan harga yang terjangkau dan lokasi yang strategis, tidak terlalu di pusat kota tetapi dekat kemana-mana. Makanannya juga enak, lingkungannya tidak terlalu ramai dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan Giant, jadi mudah untuk membeli kebutuhan sehari-hari.
