House Rules & Policies

1.Security Deposit
-A RM50 deposit is required upon check-in via online transfer or bank deposit.
-For stays of 5 nights or more, RM300 applies.
-Refunds are processed within 7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

2.No Smoking / Illegal Activity
-Smoking, drugs, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the unit.
-Additional cleaning or action may be taken if this is not followed.

3.Guest Responsibility
-Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
-Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.

4.Pet Policy
-Pets are not allowed in the unit.

5.Check-Out Instructions
-Kindly return all items and furniture to their original positions before check-out.
-Extra charges may apply if additional handling is required.

6.Garbage Disposal
-Please pack and dispose of all garbage, especially food waste, in the provided bin.
-Improper disposal may lead to additional cleaning.

7.Quiet Hours
-Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM, including music.

8.Visitors & Occupancy
-No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
-Maximum of 4 guests allowed to stay overnight.
Extra charges may apply for unapproved stays.

9.Housekeeping
-Daily housekeeping is not included. Cleaning during your stay is available upon request (charges apply).

10.COVID-19 Protocol
-In the event of a positive COVID-19 case during your stay, the cost of professional sanitization (RM350–RM600) will be borne by the guest.

11.Special Events / Shoots
-Any special event such as wedding, photo/video shooting, or similar must be disclosed in advance.
-Additional charges starting from RM300 will apply depending on the nature/size of the event.

12.Booking Policy
-Same-day bookings are not accepted after 11:00 PM.
