Double Queen DreamMaker, Full Kitchen: Jazz 3

These are rules and regulations imposed by the Building Management (not the owner) and must be acknowledged and accepted before entering the property:

1) Guests to fill registration form and comply with all building management and security procedures.
2) ONE (1) car park space. Parking in wrong bay will result a clamping fee release of rm200. Carpark is monitored with CCTV.
3) No littering. Rubbish collection room is behind the lifts on Level P9A.
4) Starting 1/1/2023 condo facilities (e.g. pool and gym) are not available for guest use.
5) No gathering and events in accommodation unit, quiet times from 10pm onwards.
6) No durians anywhere on the premise.
7) No pets allowed.
8) No more than 8 persons (including kids) staying overnight in the unit.
9) No smoking at all shared areas. Fine is rm1000.

Any misconduct of the above will result in the owner being fined ranging from rm100 to rm500 by the building management, which will be passed on to the guest responsible through a claim.

The host reserves the right to cancel the booking, without refund, if any of the rules above are broken.
