Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed all the times. We have right charge RM 200 for cleaning fees if find out inside very dirty during check out.
for didn't clear the food & drink before check out (car pouch, dining table, sofa, bed, sink & etc)

BBQ is allow to have OUTSIDE the house. Please help for cleaning it and washing all the utensil after finishing. Else extra RM200 cleaning fees will be charged!

Smoking in the House is NOT ALLOW! RM200 will be charged for fine if smoking in the house!

Kindly switch off all lights and air conditioner when leaving the homestay.

Please DO NOT MOVE any furnitures to anywhere, else RM200 will be fine for it!

Kindly utilise with care the equipments, features and facilities of the homestay as any damages and loss will be at the guests' own cost.

Any damage or missing of the unit item will be charge following the item price list during check out.
