Very spacious rooms with a restaurant below and a supermarket. Rooms are very clean. Only issues is the TV channels. Very limited tv channels in room. About 4 channels only. All are Malaysian channels. Could have included some movies channels or sports channels. Disappointing TV only. The rest are very commendable.

The hotel has a great location, only a 99 Speedmart is close by. The parking is free at the back of the hotel. The room was big with a comfortable bed. If it's like this, it makes a lot of noise when people are walking, talking and closing the door. There is no need to make a reservation.

The room is huge and has a comfortable bed. The sound blocking needs to be improved. It can be loud when someone walks, speaks, or closes the door. The 99 Speedmart is close by, making it a very convenient location in town. Free parking is available at the back of the hotel. No need to make a reservation.

We have 5 rooms, 1 deluxe family room for my wife and her two kids, 1 superior family room for my sister and her family, and 2 deluxe double rooms for my daughter and her husband. Around noon, the hotel staff called us asking if we were coming, we had paid in full, sure we were coming, he should ask what time were you coming, that's the correct question. It seems like if we are unable to come, they can resell the room again double selling. It is during an off-peak period. I told them we were already there in the area and asked them what time could we check, he said after rp which is where the standard checking time is after rp. I suppose maybe they are busy with back-to-back issues, so we came after rp just to give them time to prepare the room. Checking indicates one of the rooms is not ready at all, we had to call the reception to make the room ready. However, the reception staff is extremely rude, telling my son that if he has a strong body, he can carry them up. This is how you respond to customers. Ridiculous, right?. I was also a hotelier before, so I know the situation when hotels are fully booked, but they have to choose the word wisely not to make the situation worse. We just stay for one

If we want to rebook a room in this hotel, we can use the cashier feature, but, I checked in at 12 am, it turns out that the bank was offline, so please check the water heater in Room 105, but it doesn't work.

Need to try, the central of food street and Tanjung mas within 2 am radius. If you enjoy running, the ideal location to run from the hotel to Tanjung mas. The hotel is not in front of a busy street, and the air is cool in the morning. The staff is friendly and helpful in recommending local malady dishes. Fry chicken cha-tow if you like the traditional Chinese style is right next to the hotel home based instead of the shop.
