Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. There are some water damage marks visible on the roof. Overall, you get what you paid for. Area is kind of out of the way but you can take a bus from JB Sentral to a stop around a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Ini adalah hotel rata-rata, agak tua tapi bersih. Sikat gigi, pengering rambut, dan bahkan brankas juga disediakan! Parkir di depan hotel sepertinya gratis, jadi bagus juga.

Had a very short one night stay in the Family Suite. The room air conditioning is very good, TV signal was excellent. The beds are comfy. Overall cleaniness was great, kudos to the house keepers there. Hope that the standard could be maintained, and should vacuum the floor more. Outside had smoking smell every now and then but cannot help it. Good for money just that location is deserted yet face the noisy big roads. Depends on luck to get a more peaceful room.

- I love jacuzzi so much Need to improve few thing such as mirror for closet, floor map especially in front of bathroom, satellite TV, iron & iron board, quite noisy from outside ( but not disturbing us so much)

It was a pleasant stay! Low cost, decent and tidy. Just enough for a onenight stay. However, the surrounding parking lot is a little dark. I was concerned about car burglaries. However, there is cctv everywhere. However, it is not soundproof. Keep your bedroom activity noise low, lol.

This is not my first time staying at midvalley but i will always book here whenever i shop midvalley because this is a good hotel with all the necessary toiletries and friendly staff. Free parking.
