A refundable security deposit of MYR 200 is required prior to check-in and will be refunded after check-out, subject to room inspection. Deposit refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Bookings of more than 5 rooms may be subject to different policies and additional charges.

Guests must adhere to all building and house rules at all times. Any penalty charges, fines, or damages arising from violations of the building's policies will be charged to the guest.
Guests must provide a valid government-issued identification (IC/Passport) during the check-in process.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Please note that the Check-In process for GEO38 Residence will be conducted in a different building, located at Windmill Upon Hills Residence Lobby Concierge Counter. Guests are advised to contact the property before arrival for directions and check-in arrangements.
