During my three nights here on a visa run, the price was reasonable and the location was very close to a 24 hour restaurant and Chili Street with an easy and central location so you can access public transport right outside the door. Plus, the hotel has a 711 which is also across the street. Also, the host, Arthur, is very helpful and always willing to help.

I highly recommend this place. We stayed here for 3 nights while on a visa application. It's cheap, good location across the street from a 24-hour restaurant, and great central location on Chili Street, so you can find public transportation direct from your door and get to wherever you want to go cheaply and quickly. 711 also across the street. Arthur is a great host as well, very helpful and always willing to help.

Nice location. But the room is very small and no towel n toileteries in the room while check in...no desk no wardrobe no hanger..so we only place our belonging on the floor

Check in is not at the motel but at the restaurant 3 businesses down the street. I showed the woman at the cash register my reservation and that I had paid for the "suite" room but wanted to downgrade my room based on what I paid (so beware of using a free night or gift card for booking). Literally everything in the room was filthy! The towels had what one can only hope are curry stains, the walls were covered in dirt, every cm of the restroom was covered in mold so we didn't even want to shower, no toiletries or toilet paper was provided, no blanket was provided, and there were bugs in the room. They advertise wifi, but do not have it because they do not pay their bills (even though it can be paid for with the earnings of 2 reservations). If you go to the restaurant to notify them, they act like it's a recent problem that they can't find a solution to. The woman told us we can use the restaurant wifi but when we came back, the employees told us the restaurant doesn't have wifi. When we told them again we were staying at their motel and it doesn't have wifi, the restaurant magically had wifi all of a sudden that we could use. Hostels are cleaner and have better service than this motel!
