The receptionist told us that since the hotel does not provide a fridge, we must personally ask the kopitiam for permission to use it. Despite the fact that they had partnered kopiam close by, the reception employee informed us of our need to personally request permission from kuopim to utilize their refrigerator.

The service is not very good. The staff lady is lazy and doesnt really respect customers and provides good and comfortable service. I hope the owner can train the staff to provide good service for customers like us.

The location is close to the taman rekreasi gunung lang and the nearby petrol station. There are also restaurants and old town white coffee nearby. The parking area is easy to find and foc. Excellent room, new hotel very close by to a local gas station and tamalan rearapigong lang.

The staff at the counter for all shifts are very polite and helpful. Their standards are beyond 5 stars. Even the housekeeping staff are extremely efficient and friendly. I am very happy with both visits. Clean and pleasant place.

The location is a bit remote, but easy access from the highway. The room is basic but adequate. There are several restaurants just stepping away from hotel. Far from town and other attractions.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, with a restaurant and secluded location. The bed is cozy, and the rooms are cozy. However, there are some issues with the water taps being quite slow and making the television sounding unfavorable. Thank you.
