Excellent hotel in butit biting street. Everything is close by. Nighttime strolls are a great experience. There are 24-hour restaurant and taxi services available. This palace is very safe to stay at, especially for those visiting Malaysia for the first time. The room is nice, and the front desk employee is friendly and helpful. I adore the hotel's position.

Location was marvelous as well as the breakfast with lots of variety. Had lunch in the hotel, the food was good definitely worth the price, the room was really clean and comfortable, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Very well decorated and apportioned rooms - lovely to return to each day to relax and unwind. Will look forward to seeing the alterations and neighboring construction completed. Nice to see one or two familiar faces still in the staff from our last visit a year ago.

Only spent one night there as was in transit, but hotel clean and within walking distance to main shopping centers. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable, with WiFi available.

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of all activities in Bukit Bintang. A lot of shopping malls nearby. The staff were excellent. Had a Pleasant stay.

Had a pleasant stay here. Staff were very polite. Hotel at very convenient location just next to Pavilion Shopping Mall and 5 minutes walk to mono rail. A great hotel located in the heart of KL. Excellent quality hotel with great features and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Free upgrade to deluxe suite , room are very nice , king size bed and comfortable mattress , free water,coffees and wifi. Service good n fast. Location is superb main Jalan Bukit Bintang surrounding many mall, restaurent,club,foot massage etc. really very entertainment area.

Clean room & toilet! that's very important. location is good, walkable distance to shopping centres; lot 10 (5 minutes), pavilion (10 -15 minutes), low yat (5 minutes), Berjaya Times Square (10 -15 minutes).famous Jalan alor food street and many restaurant.

The condition of the hotel was perfect. Although the room was small, the bathroom was dirty. There were molds on the sink, wall, and corner walls. The sink faucet was not safe, and the shower water run slowly. And then, there's a smelly toilet here.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service, and the price is quite reasonable. It's a city center in Japan but it's biting where you can get everything like shopping and varied cuisines. There is a nice Arab restaurant in this hotel. Every day, fresh towels and sheets are provided. The staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Free internet.

Sangat dekat dengan kawasan bukit bintang, di sebelahnya ada level. Kalau mau ke Petronas Tower dan Suria KLCC tinggal jalan kaki. Ada teko untuk air panas dan walaupun hotelnya lumayan kecil namun kondisi kamar bersih dan resepsionis 24 jam.

The hotel was accessible to transport, food stalls, and malls. The room was just fine for a couple though the toilet was relatively small but was acceptable for this budgeted hotel. For traveller that needs for sleeping comfort, i could recommend this hotel.
