75 m 2 studio seaview apartment has a very comfortable bed, large sofa, dining table, washer and dryer, oven, microwave, huge fridge, 2 acs, wifi. Amazing view of gurney drive high rises and lush hills but 2 buildings currently under construction block the ocean a bit (sometimes noisy). Rate may be cheaper for longterm stays. Cleaned once weekly - some ants but otherwise clean. Pool 7 am - 9 pm, many crows but decent gym in the building. Convenience store downstairs and supermarkets, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location is between old georges and batu ferringhi, 10-20 minutes ride either way, under 15 rm using grab. Bring your own toiletries and an adapter for type g plug. Reasonably quiet except for upstairs neighbors occasionally and fireworks over cny. Elevators can take a while. Reception on the ground floor from 8 am to 8 pm. 200 rm deposit. Late checkout is possible at an extra cost.

This place is highly recommended for a comfortable stay. It boasts stunning views and a convenient location, with convenient access to coffee shops and restaurants within a minutes walk, along with a convenient 7eleven.

This place is cozy and spacious. I booked it through airbnb. Unit 35-7. I personally give it 5 stars because it is a very nice unit. Queen bed, 2 large toilets, nice view and very good service from the company. Fast internet and netflix. Most importantly, this house is fluffy and friendly.
