1. No pet and party at house.
2. No smoking inside room
3. The apartment only for light cooking, cannot cook heavy smell food.
4. No durian or any heavy smell fruit/food in the unit.
5. For hygiene, throw kitchen rubbish at trash area.
All kitchen dishes/utensil that use, need to clean up/wash. Strictly no food at bedroom.
6. For our mother earth, please ensure all electricity (air conditional/fan/light) are switch off when not in use or
during check out.
7. All furnitures and beds shall not be relocated without host permission.
8. Do not lost the house key and card and must return to mailbox after check out.
9. Guest are encourage to purchase their own travel insurance, host will not be liable for any injuries happen in
the house.
10. Quite hours from 11pm until 7am.
11. We only prepare bed according to your confirmed number of guests.
Adding extra bed and linen will incur additional charge.

Minimum RM100 fine will occur if guest fail to comply with our house rules or any damage cause by guest.
