Very new and decent size. The evening check in counter lady helpful and polite. The day counter gentleman was not smiling or eager to engage... Overall a nice and clean place, with hot/cold water dispenser and ironing on every floor. Hair dryer can be borrowed from reception.

For those on business and visitors to see kl, this hotel is a great choice. The rooms and toilets are spotless, and the beds are cozy. Its quite roomy. Its a great hotel to stay at in kl for a reasonable price.

The room is clean and the shower is great! In the town area and next door is a chinese restaurant. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The pillows are thin but they are happy to provide extra pillows upon request.

The female malay receptionist is very helpful in carrying my bags from the corridor outside the hotel without my asking. She patiently listened to my questions and responded accordingly and correctly, always having eye contact, and was polite and approachable. The key factors are excellent customer service and extra mile service. You made my journey happier and better. Thank you.

We stayed for one night and checked in. The process went smoothly. We were quickly given a thirdfloor room. There are 5 floors in total. If youre looking for a place to eat dinner, the hotel is right next to a chinese restaurant. Of course, there is an elevator. The corridor is beautiful lit. We love the room. Its spacious. We also like the water pressure. Its absolutely amazing. Its also clean, except for the toilet bowl cleanliness which could be improved. The bed is quite comfortable, and we love the layout and design of the toilet. The hotel offers an iron corner and a water purifier. Cons the room is very poor soundproofing. We can hear the voices of the person next door walking and talking in the hallway. The pillow is too thin! We would appreciate if the hotel could provide 4 pillows instead of 2 pillows. Toilet cleanliness could be improved, especially the toilet bowl. Basic toiletries were provided, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. So, you get what you pay for. Its an aboveaverage experience.
