The hotel has a nice and pleasant atmosphere. Its in a great location, close to a food stand. Its a very nice hotel that offers free breakfast.

Overall clean and good for a 3 star hotel staycay. Nicely scented and presented lobby space and free onsite coffee or tea bar with biscuits for chilling. The room is also fine with heater, hot flask c/w cups & 3in1 drink drink. But no photos taken as it is a 2D 1N staycay.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved, there were stains on the bedsheet and the room was quite dusty. The room does not include hand soap. Bathroom hygiene could also be improved. But love the hotel receptionist and location.

The room was decent, although a little dusty and the toilet was a little moldy. The location was excellent, incredibly convenient, especially if youre singing karaoke.

We reserved a total of 4 rooms. The family rooms are very spacious, with enough space for the kids to run around. The rooms are clean, and the lounge offers free breakfast for guests - biscuits, bread, softboiled and hardboiled eggs, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Located on mount antonio, there are many food options. There is even a family ktv on the same block.

The room is fine, the toilet works. Water pressure is sufficient. The bed is comfortable, and the provided white bedsheets are clean and smell free. However, the towels are a bit yellow and have small hair, but they smell sunny dry. The lobby is nice, and breakfast is unique and stylish in the morning. Overall, i give it a 7 out of 10.

Located in a prime and convenient area. The price, the spacious room, and the location already deserve more than 5 stars. I read some of the 3 stars or less reviews. Its obvious those reviews are made by those who paid for a 3 star hotel and expected 5 or 6 star service.

I must admit that i had high expectations for the price. The initial room that was given to us upon checkin was not made, we entered a used room, which was not the best first impression. Despite the unpleasant welcome, the second room offered was quite spacious, with a functional air conditioner, shower, and hot water. We stayed on the second floor and felt the floor smelled like mango. We are okay with that but just a fair warning about the scent. Breakfast is offered in the room rate, but very limited. What i liked was the softboiled egg maker they offered and unlimited eggs for each guest. The location is very central and is great for exploring Austin and its surroundings, including new york. No issues with food delivery either.

The location is not too bad, there are many food options around. There are noises at night because it is located above a karaoke. Cleanliness could be improved, as we discovered hair on the bed and pillow. The hotel should consider refilling toilet paper and tissue paper in the room for easy access. The water pressure was great on the first night, but strangely it gradually decreased when we took a shower on the second day morning. However, it is great for a simple stay.

Pengalaman baru. Ada karaoke di lantai bawah. Makanannya sangat halal, banyak toko Cina dekat dengan Austin. Tapi mamak hanya berjalan kaki. Grosir 24 jam dekat sini. Pengalaman bagus. Namun, kamarnya tidak ada tirai. Jika Anda datang malam, checkout di awal pagi baik-baik saja untuk tidur. Duduk 2 tipe. Satu malam tanpa tirai. Dua malam lagi suite. Jauh berbeda dari dua kamar ini. Hanya RM 75 atau minggu untuk suite. Ada pengalaman baru. Ada karaoke di lantai bawah. Sangat sulit untuk makan halal, sulit untuk makan, banyak toko Cina sejak dekat dengan Austin. Tapi saya tidak bisa berjalan kaki.

Overall, this hotel does a good job. When i checked in at 2.30 pm, my room had not been cleaned, so i had to wait for the cleaning service to reset the room. There should have been better communication between cleaning service and reception. The bathroom was moldy in the corner, and the floor outside was wet because water from the bathroom seeped into the floor, making it quite unpleasant to walk and slippery. The floorboards were peeling and lifting due to this water issue. The air conditioner is cold, but it takes some time to become so. My room on the second floor was quiet, no sound from the downstairs karaoke. The reception was helpful and friendly.

Overall, it was a comfortable overnight stay. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. There are restaurants open until late at night. There is a ktv on the second floor, but noise wouldnt affect you. The room is clean, but it would be nice if it were better maintained.

The hotel interior design is very chic. The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants and restaurants around it. The hotel reception was friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the toilet was moldy and we could hear the sound of karaoke below.

Our stay at the hako hotel in mount antonio left us with mixed feelings. While the location was undeniably great, surrounded by a plethora of food options and entertaining activities, there were some aspects of our stay that needed improvement. The hotels prime location was a definite highlight, providing easy access to a variety of dining options and entertainment. However, our experience with the rooms was less than ideal. The accommodations seemed to lack attention to detail, and there was a noticeable strange smell that persisted throughout our stay. This detracted from the overall comfort and atmosphere, leaving us somewhat disappointed. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, attempting to address our concerns promptly. Despite the room issues, the service added a touch of warmth to our stay. In conclusion, the hako hotel has great potential given its great location and the surrounding amenities. However, the rooms need improvement to match the overall experience one would expect. With some attention to these details, the hako hotel could easily elevate itself to a more favourable rating.

The hotel was conveniently located with several shops adjacent to it, reducing the need to leave the car. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and most importantly, the bathroom was clean, despite the slightly cramped space for two single beds. Overall, the experience was positive.

Good location, lots of restaurants and food trucks. Share the same building with karaoke but dont worry, you cant hear anything. Toilet and towels are clean. Very reasonable for the price. The only thing is the bedsheets, they have all kinds of old looking strange stains. Looks like the bedsheets have been through a lot of changes maybe it is time for a new change? The worst stain is on the corner of the blanket.
