Saya tidak bisa tidur sampai jam 3 pagi karena musik keras yang diputar di diskotik dan pub di atap. Manajemen hotel menyediakan penutup telinga karena mereka tahu tidak disarankan untuk menginap. Ini adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi.

Lokasinya sangat bagus untuk perjalanan bisnis, sedikit bising tetapi jika Anda lelah bekerja. Anda tidak pernah mendengar apapun, mudah menemukan makanan, dekat dengan bandara dan pusat perbelanjaan. Satu-satunya masalah adalah tidak ada tempat parkir untuk tamu mereka.

Klub malam di dalam gedung tidak hanya membuat seluruh ruangan bergetar dengan bass yang berat, tetapi juga tidak cocok untuk akomodasi sama sekali. Saya tidak bisa tidur sepanjang malam (tidak bisa diatasi dengan menyediakan penyumbat telinga).

Proses check-in cukup sulit untuk sampai ke resepsionis hotel. Tidak ada tanda di tempat parkir. Tapi tanda Luma Hotel cukup banyak. Check-in level Kamarnya sederhana dan bersih. Sandal disediakan di kamar tidur.

Pelayanan 24 jam dan sikap yang sangat baik. Meskipun saya tinggal di klub malam di lantai bawah, isolasi suaranya baik-baik saja. Tidak mempengaruhi pengalaman akomodasi. Lokasinya juga sangat nyaman.

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling for work. This customer service representative, allysha, welcomed me and was very considerate. It was raining, and she borrowed me her own umbrella. I have stayed at many hotels, and its rare to find a customer service representative or host so passionate about their job, like her. The hotel is close to where i want to run my errand.

Kelebihan: Netflix, banyak restoran dan pusat perbelanjaan di dekat Imago Kelemahan: Lantai kamar mandi tersumbat (perlu diperiksa ulang saat membersihkan kamar), lantai terlihat kotor. Terjadi masalah sistem ketika late check-in (setelah jam 12 pagi). Secara keseluruhan baik-baik saja, desain hotelnya unik.

Sutera avenue is a safe place because the guards are always present and helpful. The place is clean, but if you have a car or rent it, parking is a problem. I had one coin laundry but never went because it was always close. There are convenience stores around the building and a steamboat which is not halal. The place is clean, but if you have a lot of luggage, that will be a problem. No concierge.

The room was neat and tidy. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. Everything was fine, the loud club on the upper floor is the only drawback. Consider making other reservations if you have trouble falling asleep.
