During my threeday trip to Melaka for an event, the breakfast restaurant at hatten place is a complete mess. Perhaps there are too many hotel guests staying during that period, so the seats are not enough, and the food is a mess because some hotel guests lack basic manners. The rooms are clean, but the space is quite small. However, i appreciate that hotel guests can use the free entrance to the observatory deck. The view is quite spectacular at night. Visiting the observatory deck is well worth the cost. The location is quite strategic, with numerous shopping malls and restaurants close by. If i have a much better stay the next time i visit here, i will give it a higher rating.

I believe this hotel is permanently closed. This hotel has a stunning view of the sea. It has rooftop access. Its a wonderful experience for my wife and i to look out over melaka at night. I really enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately the hotel closed when covid began. If they start ioening again, i will definitely stay here again.

Penggalaman yang sangat keren adalah waktu saya cek out duduk di lobby menunggu grab, dompet saya tertinggal di meja lobby ruang tunggu. Padahal saya sdh naik grab dan sdh sampai di tujuan saya. Pas mau bayar grab baru sadar dompet tertinggal. akhir nya saya putar balik bersama grab tersebut ke hotel. Puji Tuhan dompet saya sdh di aman kan oleh security hotel dan disimpan oleh security manager a/n Pak Sawiji Rahmat yang sangat ramah dan sopan. Dompet saya kembali dengan utus dan tdk ada yg hilang uang di dompet saya. Terima kasih dan sukses selalu

Overall, this is a nice hotel with good management. Unfortunately, we had an unfortunate experience. It is actually a good place. Good shops nearby, clean. 7/11 is right downstairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But we personally had a few bad experiences. We had a short circuit in our room and had to change rooms. Meanwhile, we were told not to eat the food we ordered in our room because we had to evacuate. We told them to make new food as our food was lying outside for over an hour. We got our food after 90 minutes in our new room. They just reheated the old food. However, after calling them again, they made new food.

Hotel baru di Melaka. Tempatnya nyaman dan memiliki banyak fasilitas, seperti pusat kebugaran, sauna, dan kolam renang. Namun, terkadang perlengkapan mandi kurang di dalam kamar dan tidak konsisten, seperti sendok kecil tidak ada selama saya tinggal 2 hari. Baru setelah saya menulis catatan di atas, water boiler disediakan. Ketika saya tiba, water boiler tidak dalam kondisi bersih. Ada sisa daun teh di dalam water boiler. Ketika saya meminta water boiler yang bersih, housekeeping datang setelah satu jam. Saat sarapan pagi, seseorang menggunakan nomor kamar saya untuk sarapan. Padahal saya belum sarapan. Hotel ini sangat baik untuk memberikan kupon sarapan pagi kepada tamu yang baru check-in sesuai dengan berapa malam tamu menginap. Menu sarapan cukup banyak, tapi ada baiknya semua jenis telur dijadikan satu dengan stand telur. Karena saya melihat ada tempat telur rebus dan telur setengah matang dengan tempat yang berbeda. Untuk rasa makanan perlu ditingkatkan. Resepsionis sangat baik. Mereka sangat membantu tamu. Hotel ini juga terhubung dengan mal. Ada bioskop, minimarket, dan penukaran uang. Untuk pergi ke mana-mana yang tidak membawa kendaraan, Anda dapat menggunakan Grab. Hotel ini cocok untuk wisata dan perjalanan bisnis.

The hotel is tidy and comfortable to stay at. The price, rm 180 per night, is reasonable, including a complimentary entry to the sky deck and a good selection of regional cuisine. The mall downstairs has a cinema, karaoke, and food. The infinity pool is small. There is a long line at the front desk, so it would be better to separate the line for parking approval and checkout from the line for checkin.

I spent three nights at this hotel, and it was an average experience for me for a four or fivestar hotel like this. First off, the superior room is quite small, and there isnt much room to move around in. It is fantastic for the swimming pool. It is windy and situated next to the ocean. The pool water is quite cold, and there are two jacuzzis where you can sit back and relax while swimming. The breakfast is mediocre because there arent many options. However, the hotels interior design is exquisite and opulent. There is a cinema just one floor below the lobby, so you can even enjoy watching movies there.

A very nice and new hotel that opened its doors a year ago. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The downside is that there are few elevators to the lobby on 12 floors, during checkout time, everyone lined up at the 2 lifts to get to the parking lot. Breakfast is provided but there are many improvements in the taste. Breakfast is standard but not really delicious. Hope they will improve as this is really a good hotel.

I booked a superior plus room for one night and extended my stay for another one because the room was very comfortable! The bed is firm and the pillows are very comfortable. There is even a pillow menu to choose from. Breakfast was alright, the gym was well equipped, the pool is small and packed with kids over the weekend. Housekeeping could be better i noticed a spoon had stains when we checked in. Toilet seats and covers had watermark stains which was quite unpleasant. Apart from that, im happy with my stay! There is a 711 store near the hotel lobby.

I have stayed here three times in three months and would highly recommend it to travelers. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is very well decorated and the design is very modern. Love the dining area on level 12 which offers a great breakfast spread. Love the superior room with king bed.

The hotel is spoiled by poor development in the area, which is a little disappointing! The mbo cinema is conveniently located just a floor below the lobby! They provide us with an airconditioning failure room, and they respond very slowly at least we called three times until we went down to the lobby to request a room change. The staff was friendly, polite, and had great smiles, and they were able to resolve any issues. I was very grateful that this hotel was hiring disabled staff, as it was inspired by the floor butler of level 23, a disabled lady. The standard room is not particularly spacious, but the decor and interior are elegant and a touch luxurious. The bathroom amenities are excellent and inspiring! The room has a good view! Breakfast was served at the thyme restaurant on the 12th floor of the lobby. The environment and view are good, the restaurant staff are also very friendly, and the food is moderate not to my expectations of 5 stars! In conclusion, this hotel does not reach the true 5 stars, i gave it a 4.6 stars. At least the lobby needs to be more luxurious and more inspired, and the reception staff needs to be more efficient in handling checkin and checkout. To become the true international standard 5 stars, they need to make a lot of effort!.

The parking lot is a little snoozing to ascend because there isnt a break to ascend the six floors. The hot water wasnt particularly hot. However, the staffs services were excellent. Fantastic location and prices. Very comfortable, and i adore their pillow menu! You have the option to pick your pillow preference.
