Amazing hotel in a great neighborhood. The rooms are very good and comfortable with cute details. The staff is very helpful and friendly. According to what i researched this was the best value and overall place in kl and i would definitely recommend it. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows which are too hard.

I might return if the hexa hotel opened in another location. Excellent place to stay, with lovely, spotless rooms. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, so you must use stairs, and the surrounding area is quite dangerous at night, especially for women.

If youre looking for a central location in kuala lumpur and also a clean hostel that is quiet during the nice, this is a place i recommend stopping by. Good price and location in kuala lumpur. The hostel is quite clean and the bed is quite comfortable. I shared a female room with 5 people. The room also has a bathroom and shower!

I can't say about the other rooms but this is my first stay and I feel that the place is pretty decent. Price is ok for the location. Not exactly perfect but acceptable if you just want a place to crash through the night. Met 4 friendly staff, just not too sure why other reviews says they aren't. I guess if you treat them nice, you'll be treated the same way too. Respect is the key. I'll likely book this place again. Cheers~

This is a great option if all you want is a place to sleep in a central location. It is very central and a great place to explore the city. The rooms have decent beds and good air conditioning. The price is good value. But there are some drawbacks. Its a very simple setup, so if youre looking for good communal spaces, cooking your own food, and meeting people, i wouldnt recommend it. The common area downstairs is very dark and not used by guests. Things are generally low, but thats to be expected given the price. The wifi didnt work until my third day there. Unfortunately, all the showers on our floor stopped working due to road works outside, and some of the toilets were out of order.

I had a great time in hexa. Every day, the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned. The staff is very helpful and supportive. Very convenient location in bukit bintang.

Im so happy i found this hotel before i left for kl. The clerks are very nice. Even though i arrived at 2.30 am due to taking the bus from sg. They still stay at the desk and wait for my arrival. The bed is very comfortable and the equipment is very nice for giving all the backpackers to use. A pleasant experience in hexa.
