7. Please don’t jump on the hanging basket chair. It is suitable for people less than 100kg only
8. Please don’t play the door’s Smart Lock unnecessarily.
9. Please don’t play the refrigerator’s door unnecessarily (Use the child lock if necessary)
10. Check out time at 12:00 pm. The door is no longer accessible beyond 12:30 pm
11. Host reserved the rights to claim any damage/lost caused by the guest during the stay.
12. Host reserved the rights to forfeit any security deposit to compensate for any damage/lost as a result of not adhering to the above house rules.
