**No smoking**
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside of the house or within 15ft (5 meters) from the house. Penalty will be charges for violating this rules.

**Early check-in/Late check-out**
- Please no early check-in or late check-out without permission from the host. There will be late fees of RM 50 per 30 minutes after checkout time.

**No Furniture Movement**
- Do not rearrange or move furniture within the property. Furniture is placed for both aesthetic and safety reasons.

**Illegal Activities**
- No illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.

**Linens and Towels**
- No free daily housekeeping is provided. Additional cleaning is available for request at additional costs. Do not take towels or linens from the property.

**Internet Service**
- High-speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience. No refunds for outages, speed, access problem, or personal preferences.

**Plumbing Guidelines**
- Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Clogging the plumbing will result in a minimum RM 500 charge for damages and repairs.

**Liability Waiver**
- Guests indemnify and hold the owner and host harmless from any personal injury or property damage. We encourage guests to purchase traveler's insurance.

**Deposit Required**
- Guests are required to pay a refundable deposit to cover the furniture and access card.
