Pro: new and clean hotel very nice staff 10 min to metro drinking water filter on every floor security staff shopping mall Aeon 10min cons: 45min to Petronas by metro-you need to change line strange neigborhood-in the night basic room-without window and very small-11sqm very good price/value at 25€/night

This hotel is nice. The location is not in a public area. The security staff does not provide a name tag. They are very friendly and cheerful even the security guy who stand at the front door. They have a nice name. The basic amenities are complete. Our room is clean and large. The personnel is helpful. The room is clean and we can provide complimentary tea and koi. The basic facilities are complete. The employees always smile and help us check out in the morning. But apart from the Indian employee who assisted us in checking out, the woman looks mean and drunk. I didn't get the staff's name as they don't wear their name tag. Very difficult to find parking at night. The area is for public use, but they have security to assist, find a place for my vehicle, and keep my car safe. I have one thing that troubles me. We notice that some rooms have their doors wide open at night, perhaps due to usage. It's check-out room as I see it used but no cleaning staff tends to clean it. All in all, it's fine. Will come back again!.

I and my family have stayed at this hotel a few times, and we always reserve a room for family because it is spacious and spacious enough to accommodate us and spotless. The basic amenities are complete, including complimentary tea and koi inside the room. The staff is friendly and always smiles, even the welcoming security guard standing at the front door. However, except for the Indian staff who helped us check out in the morning, she looks mean and snob! I didn't get the name of the staff because they do not wear a name tag. It's hard to find a place to park at night. The area is in public parking, but they have security to assist and find a space for my car and to secure my car. I have one thing that raised my alarm. We notice that some rooms have doors that are wide open at night, possibly because of it. I see the room is used, but no cleaning crew is involved in the cleaning. Overall, everything is fine. I will return!.

Saya menginap di kamar 310, kondisi kamarnya rapi, tempat tidurnya nyaman, kamar mandinya bersih, fasilitas kamar seperti TV, AC, dan wifi gratis dengan kecepatan yang kencang. Sayangnya tidak ada tempat untuk menyimpan pakaian. Secara keseluruhan pelayanan dan fasilitas sangat memuaskan.

All in all is satisfactory. Will return! My family and I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always have family rooms because they are big and spacious enough to accommodate us and also clean. Nighttime parking is difficult. The area is in public parking, but they have security to assist, find a space for my car and secure my car. One thing put me worried about is that we notice that some rooms' doors are wide open at night, perhaps due to the fact that it's the check-out room because I see the room is used, no cleaning staff visits the room.

I would give 10/10 if it was not because the parking. The way they advertised parking was like they have a big freaking parking area. Unfortunately, there were only 3 parking in front of hotel and the rest are public parking. With lots of shop and its near main road, it's quiet difficult to get parking. I waited 2 hours just to get parking. Otherwise, the room is very good, bed very comfortable, aircond function really well. The room was worth the money.

As it was Budget hotel, I am so worried about room and facilities. But we are very satisfied for good facilities and cleanliness and maintenance and the staff was very friendly. I was really happy for booking hotel room in mezzo for my family. Would highly recommend this hotel for family people with budget constraints.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room for one night. There were some good places to eat late at night across the street. Exit the hotel, turn right, around the corner, there are some Chinese KTVs for the older crowd, but not the type of place you would go to meet singles.
