The location is great, just across the street from a large supermarket. You can't purchase your own soap or toilet paper because the hotel doesn't have one. The hotel didn't appear clean, but it will if you need to remain for the night. The pictures were not comparable to our rooms. On the plus side, the ac works well, there is free wifi and flat-screened to have good channels. And it takes just 5 minutes to get to the patron's tower and all the stores by uber. There is even a delicious vegetarian restaurant 510 minutes walk away.

The hotel is conveniently situated directly across the street from a sizable supermarket. The hotel does not have toilet paper and soap available there, so you have to buy them yourself. Even a yummy vegetarian restaurant is close by, but it takes a little longer to walk. On the plus side, the flat-screened to receive good channels and excellent air conditioning works fine.

sampe hotel dibilang kamar yg dipesan tidak ada, kalau mau ganti type harus tambah 20 RMY, tombol closet tidak berfungsi, dikasih ember bekas sama gayung patah, air kadang dimatikan sama penjaga, tv tidak ada remotnya.

posisi kamar di pinggir jalan banget, berisik bgt sura motor lg trek trek-an , motor knalpot berisik di jam 2 sampai 5 pagi buat kami susah untuk tidur nyenyak dan nyaman.

The owner was nice, but the hotel was not very good. It wasn't very sound proof, there's a mosque right next door that has a loud speaker that sometimes plays at 6am. There's cars racing the streets at night, and many of the guests(and even some of the staff) are noisy and play videos on their cell phones late into the night or make loud calls. There was a guest who was watching videos on very high volume right close to my room until 4am for a few nights. I even reported him to one of the staff(who was asleep) and he didn't do anything. Also, I was given a room with a semi-broken toilet and broken hot water heater, so cold showers, they told me they would give me a room the next day. I kept asking and they said "tomorrow" every time. It was probably my 5th day that i was finally able to switch rooms after i asked the owner. The owner was nice, he even let me keep the adapter they let me use, so i feel bad for giving a bad review. But i've been to many hotels in south east Asia in the past 4 years, and this one was the worst, by far. They should sound-proof the rooms, the shuttersare not fully closeable, and the one had a hole in it(i think it would've been noisy even without this hole lol) The surrounding area was very nice, however, and it's right next to a monorail station and 2 big malls are a short distance away.
