Hour inn is a very clean and comfortable budget hotel in a fantastic location near the riverfront and the centre of Bintulu. The restrooms and linens are spotless and clean. There is some scuffing on the walls and a little peeling paint, however. There is a flat screen to, decent air conditioning and the wifi is very good most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for a good taxi driver to take me to Similjau national park and stored some luggage while I was away overnight. Note that it is cheaper to book through Papplication than to walk in.

The room was really clean and was recently renovated, and we had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was incredibly slow to cool the room, it took 10 to 15 minutes to feel the desired temperature. The sink was insufficient in places where the stopper was broken, and we were unable to locate the drain handle. It took overnight to drain the retained water. The shower was fine, but the warm water might loose its heat temperature after awhile when taking a bath, so we had to change the faucet approximately 23 times for each use. Nevertheless, I would consider returning to this hotel. It's difficult to locate such lovely rooms for such a low price.

I think I'll return to this place. I had a good night's sleep in the fact that the environment was quite clean and well-renovated. It took up to 1015 minutes for the bathroom to cool the room, however, the time when it did took to actually feel the desired temperature was really short. It is difficult to locate such lovely lodgings at affordable prices. The bathroom's stopper wasn't functional, and we were unable to locate the drain hook. The remaining water was drained overnight. It was quite clear that the hot water may drop off slightly while bathing, so we had to flip the faucet around 23 times each time.

Although there are some scuffs on the walls and some peeling paint, there is a flat screen, decent air conditioning, and most of the time, the wifi is very good. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They arranged a good taxi driver to take me to Similjau national park and stored some luggage while I was away overnight. Please keep in mind that booking through papplication is cheaper than walking in.
