Overall, a fantastic place to stay in kl that i would highly recommend to others, close to chinatown and easy access to public transportation. We had a wonderful stay at hsk, it was by far the best value option for any private room near chinatown! The hotel feels new and modern, the beds are super comfortable, and there is a water fountain with free cold and hot water. The staff were all very helpful, especially the porter of luggage. Our only complaint is that the shower temperature was never hot and at best kind of warm, we also found the hallway music to be too loud and asked for it to be turned off each night.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring that everything went smoothly during my stay. The staff was also very cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel, including the rooms and washrooms, was exceptionally neat, clean, and hygienic. I was very impressed with the general cleanliness and upkeep. In terms of location, it is perfect, just a 10minute walk to the bukit bintang city center and jalan alor food street. Additionally, kk Mart and 7Eleven are conveniently located right below the hotel. The room rates are very reasonable, offering great value for quality and service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and budgetfriendly stay in the heart of the city!.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel location is very convenient, close to everything. The room is good, although there is no window, everything works well. The staff is amazing! Especially danushka and anil! Very helpful, very friendly and nice! Will definitely be back!.

Ini adalah tempat yang sempurna di Kuala Lumpur, sangat bersih, staf yang ramah, kamar bersih, didekorasi dengan indah dan dilengkapi dengan semua fasilitas yang saya butuhkan. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Awalnya kami memesan hotel lain (SPOT ON 90137 Casavilla Hotel Pudu) tetapi mereka berbohong, menunjukkan sesuatu yang lain, tetapi sebenarnya kamarnya seukuran kamar mandi, jadi HSK HOTEL berada tepat di belakang, jadi kesan pertama kami luar biasa, sambutan hangat dan kamar sempurna. Terima kasih teman-teman, teruslah bekerja keras.
