This home is like an extension of us. We want it clean and comfortable place to be at all times.
We’d appreciate if you will treat it like your own home, keep it tidy and fresh.
1. Kindly help us conserve energy. Switch off the AIRCON and electric appliances when are not in use. Turn off the water tap when it is not in use.
2. Kindly wash the dishes. Don’t leave the dishes at the sink unwashed for long as it will attract unwanted insects. Ensure to put back the dishes/pots/rice cooker to the cupboards where you have taken them.
3. Kindly take your slippers/shoes off when you enter the house.
4. Kindly ensure to throw all rubbish in trash bag provided before your check out.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited. We’ll impose a claim (amounts to professional cleaning - smell removal fee) if this is violated.

4. 在退房前，请确保所有垃圾装入所提供的垃圾袋中。
5. 严禁吸烟。 如果违反，我们将提出索赔（包括专业清洁费-除臭费）。
