Hi, thank you for choosing Home2stay EK as your vacation rental! Here we outline a few house rules to be followed throughout your stay at Home2stay EK.
1. Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 11AM.
2. Late check out or early check in is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for RM 15 Per Hour. For uninformed late check out or turn our cleaners away after they have arrived, it will cost you RM 50 per Hour.
3. Please do not smoke inside the house. Please smoke at the balcony or outside the house.
4. For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges.
5. Please keep the house clean and tidy. Feel like home and treat it like your home as well.
6. Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.
7. No pets allowed.
8. Please reduce any loud noises especially after 10pm as this is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Please be respectful of the neighbours.
9. Please do not climb over the balcony.
10. Events are not permitted during your stay except for indoor meetings that does not involve loud noises.
11. Wild/drinking parties are not permitted.
12. Kitchen facilities and accessories are for HALAL food only and must be cleaned up after use. Please understand that pork and beer/alcohol beverages are strictly prohibited inside the house.
13. Save the earth: please turn off electricity, air-conditioner, water heater and tap when not using.
14. Please close all windows and doors before leaving the house for security.
15. RM100 penalty will be charged for each lost key.
