Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood. The bathroom was well stocked, the shower a pleasure, and housekeeping was unseen but we always had clean towels and water. Every request we made of the staff was handled promptly and personally, kudos for the outstanding service. The location is, unfortunately, not ideal for such a premier property. The area is not really walkable, there isn't much to do around the neighborhood, and Grab drivers spent way too much time making u-turns due to the poor road layout around the hotel. The blackout curtains were very effective but sound dampening could have been better. All-in-all, five-star hotel in a two-star neighborhood.

Menginap satu malam untuk penerbangan awal. Hotel yang mengesankan, sambutan yang luar biasa, suasana yang nyaman, dan suasana yang luar biasa. Staf hotel sangat baik. One of the most prestigious hotels in terms of food, drink, and leisure. This hotel is the pinnacle of penang. With a variety of starred restaurants. We brought our entire family (15 people) to Tiffin today for fathers day. Every dish was a hit. The kids loved the lunch buffet, and the adults couldnt stop raveing about the plankton salmon fish. There is something for everyone at this hotel restaurant. All the dishes were crowdpleasers, and even the picky eaters in our group found something they loved! The service was flawless from start to finish. Even during the busy rush, the team remained calm, friendly, and attentive. Tiffin and senses bar staff members, shafiq, sharvesh, iqmal, and puma, are always outstanding staff with their work enthusiasm at vice president level. They met all our needs. Thank you to the Tiffin staff and gm kelvin for setting up the vip room buffet. Personally, i recommend drinking their highquality camomile tea. Complete satisfaction for all customers. Menginap di sini selama dua malam dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang luar biasa dari awal sampai akhir. Saya sangat terkesan dengan koktail yang dibuat Syed dan Shafiq di lantai 13 bersama Sharvesh yang selalu ramah. Overall, it was a positive experience, and i heartily suggested it. Here, i have high tea in the lobby lounge. Pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. I savored our a la carte pizza and mango mirage afternoon tea. Zaleta and syed provided excellent service.
