Important Rules 重要规则 :-
- All booking we collect RM300 (Security deposit) prior to check in, will be refunded once the room condition is confirmed after check out ☺️. 所有预订我们在入住前收取 RM300（押金），退房后确认房间状况后将退还☺️
- We have collect the security deposit RM 300 before check in. (Refundable after check out, between 24-48 hours)
- Paid Carpark / 收费停车场
There is usually sufficient on-site parking available and it is managed by the building management and they charge a fee of Rm10 per entry overnight and allocate numbered parking space for your vehicle.
通常有足够的现场停车位，由大楼管理人员管理，收取一定的费用
每次入园过夜费用为 Rm10，并为您的车辆分配编号停车位。
- Carpark is pay by cassless, Touch n go card, Credit/Debit Card only.
停车场只能通过无现金支付、一触即通卡、信用卡/借记卡支付。
- Early check-in or late check-out permission are require, will charge RM50 per hour if without any permission. 早入或迟退必须得到我们的允许和提早交代，若没得到我们的批准将收取RM50一小时。
- No smoking & no durian. 不许吸烟和携带榴莲进屋。
- Do Not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment. 不行擅自更改或移动房子里的家具。
- Thrash shall be throw once filled. 垃圾桶满了请打包起来丢到垃圾房里。
- Do not wear shoes in the house. 不许穿鞋子进屋。
- Do not eating in the room. 不许在房间里吃东西。
- Handle the apartment's facilities with care, any damages or lost will be charge to the guest. 小心地使用公寓的设施，若有任何损坏房客将负责全部的费用。
- Turn off the power switches when you are not in the apartment. 出门前，请把房子的所有电源关上。
- Pets, any illegal activity, drugs or any dangerous weapon are strictly prohibited in the house. 不允许宠物，毒品活动，危险和任何触犯本地法律的活动。
- Keep your volume down after 10pm. 晚上10点后，请把声量调低以免打扰邻居的清梦。
- Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Clean up and wash dishes after cooking. 可以小煮，使用后请清理干净，请保持环境整洁。
- Do not throw items into toilet bowl. 不可以把垃圾丢进马桶。
- No Candles or similar fire hazards. 不许点燃蜡烛，烟花或任何易燃物品。
- Permission required if more than 7pax. 房客多过 7 位必须向房东申请。
- Extra cost may occur if found very dirty after check out. 如果房客把房子搞得乱七八糟，房东保留权力向房客增收额外清理费。
