This is a very bad experience. The braking system was wrong! There were 3 jerks when my spectacles and the side of my face were hit 3 times by the rope, fortunately the spectacles didn't fall off! That was extremely dangerous. I reflected this on management, and the response was defensive at first. We were not supposed to have our glasses on, we were told. We further explained that our complaints were not for compensation but for improvements to the system so that in the future no more accidents like this or even more serious ones where the eye was hit. We are experienced flying foxes, not first-timers, and no proper instructions were given before the activity like removing our glasses! Overall, the don't stay was excellent! At about 6 am after a minute hike, we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds. The trail was welltarred but could be challenging for those who are not too fit, as several places were quite steep. The Mustang king and coconuts were very fresh and good, bought and savoured there, japanese mangosteen was disappointing! Not too ripe enough. For breakfast, more fruit could have been provided, not just water melons, but rather sweet ones, as this place is supposed to be a fruit orchard!.

When you travel to Malaysia postcovid, the durian is absent, in the end. This resort was recommended by a friend for a plightful experience. During the online reservation, communication with the employees was incredibly smooth and helpful with difficulties with foreigners. The ground staff makes every event extremely pleasant and welcoming. They would even make an appointment an hour before the last restaurant order to ensure that visitors weren't late. You would recognize the proprietor's tireless efforts while the rooms are simple and spotless. They are excellent in terms of water supply, particularly in the rural areas. You would be aware of the proprietor's efforts, especially with the amenities, including the flying fox and the challenge game area. It's important to remain in the city if you're looking for a starred hotel stay. I give this resort a star for everything, including the fresh air, the lovely scenery and environment, the effort to preserve the natural environment, and the people. It's a true escape from the city. In conclusion, their durian is excellent, I will look back!.

The durian is the only flavor in Malaysia Postcovid, sadly. A friend gave this resort a recommendation for a wonderful time. The online reservation process was extremely simple and incredibly smooth in communicating with the staff. Every aspect is made easy by the staff on site. To make sure that visitors will not miss the restaurant's final order, they would even arrive an hour earlier than the final order of the restaurant. The self-raising butter fish is delicious, don't let down. The rooms are simple and spotless. The wifi and air conditioning are excellent! You would be aware of the proprietor's efforts, particularly in the rural areas. The facilities, like the flying fox and the challenge game area, are excellent. The hike is a fantastic experience, and at dusk and dawn, both at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Stay in the city if you're searching for a 5 star hotel experience. I give this resort a star for everything, including fresh air, stunning scenery, and surroundings, and efforts to preserve the environment and individuals. It's a true escape from the city. Finally, their durian is excellent, I'll return!.

Overall, the stay was excellent! After a minute's walk, we admired the sea of clouds and stunning sunrise at 6.30 am. Because of the steepness of several sections, the trail was well-tarred, however, those who are unfit may find it challenging to walk the more challenging ones. My chin and coconuts were excellent, bought and eaten there, while the japanese mangosteen was disappointing. The braking system was in error. My husband's glasses were hit 3 times by the rope as I was approaching the end of the drop, fortunately the spectacles didn't fall off. It was very hazardous. When I mentioned this to the management, they immediately responded dismissive. We weren't supposed to have our glasses on, they told us. We added that our complaints were not for compensation but to provide suggestions for enhancements to the system so that there wouldn't be any more problems like this, or even more serious ones, where the eyes might be hit. Because we are experienced flying foxes, we didn't encounter anything new first timers. Also, no detailed instructions for removing our glasses were given prior to the activity, such as getting out of our glasses! Overall, the stay was excellent. A fee of RM3 per room per night shall be imposed to all guests staying with Karak Orchard Resorts. This is in accordance with the local Pahang state's decree.
Carrying alcohol from outside of the property has an RM80 corkage charge. The corkage charge shall be RM80 per carton and/or RM80 per bottle.
Foreigners not holding a Red Mykad or MM2H are imposed RM 10 per room per night's stay with Karak Orchard Resorts. This is in accordance with our country's foreign traveler's tax.
No pets allowed.
The theme park entrance fee is not included in the room rate. Guests staying at the property may purchase it on-site in order to use the facilities. Please contact the property directly for more information.
Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel.
