The hotel is strategically situated in a government business arcade close to the University Malaysia kelantan. The area is remote in Kelantan, and the hotel's location is the most developed, with big brands like OFC, Media, and 711. In this location, there are a few hotelshomestays. I have previously been in two others. The room size is comparable to the other two. The room is however completely carpeted compared to the other two. I picked the hotel this time because they scored the highest on other travel booking website and had easy access to the cafe. Sadly, the cafe was close when I arrived and I still have to drive to get food, which can be difficult as it was heavily raining and the main road is very busy. The free wifi is inaccessible. My main complaint concerns the hotel toilet. The front desk did mention the hot shower leak, to be fair to them. However, he only indicated that it would be noisy due to the dripping and that the hotel had cloth around it to reduce noise. In truth, the shower is not working at all. I have to shower using the bidet. The hotel should be correct by offering a discount for this room or simply taking it off their availability list.
