If you are the type who needs a comfortable bed to sleep in, this one is not for you, but the atmosphere and environment are really nice. There is sand and i have rented ten lepak spots with my family. This place feels like nasties.

Its a nice place at resale value. Wellmaintained. The only downside is that the housekeeper will keep you waiting. In contrast, its the ideal location for friends and family.

I adore the homes simplicity. Its cute and welldesigned. As everyone has noted in the reviews, the toilet space is quite small and not practical for people of any size. However, i am okay with it. I had a great time and slept soundly throughout our stay. The front desk staff is located near the entrance. When we arrived, there was restraining action, but the personnel quickly resolved it after we experienced erecting he short circuit.

I stayed in block A on february 2022. The checkin and room concept is good, close to the city and not too close either so it is quiet. Room is acceptablely clean except the bath was wet when we entered. Plenty of private parking. Cons facilities need maintenance overall, especially the bathroom and the bathtub lights blinking like crazy. Please do not save on tiling by tile up only half of the bathrooms, the long term effect is terrible with mold. Swimming pool not in service. Shower is weak. Whatsapp service is non responsive and only calls.

This house has a good concept, it can fit 6 people in one room. The bathroom is divided into 2 areas, 1 for the bath and 1 to the toilet, both with doors. Location is okay for getting to ipoh town. They have their own parking lot (first come, first served). However, the signage was poor as we missed our turn to our airbnb location. Checkin time is 3 pm, but they told us at 3.15 pm without providing more details. When we returned at night, we found out that the refrigerator was like he sauna! The room is dirty, there are dust on the fan, spider webs on ceiling, and stains on floors and walls. There is urine stain on your toilet bowl. 3 out of 4 of us had sinuses. Blood stainate on white blanket. Safety is also very important. Our room doorknob doesnt seem safe, seems like anyone can break in at any time. I booked through airbus, for rm 264.48 including cleaning fees. But where is the cleaning?

This place is recommended for those who have their own transportation. Please doublecheck your email for your room number and code to get your key because this is a selfcheckin facility. The room was very basic, im not sure why there was no toilet paper. There is plenty of parking, which is good.

Overall, it offers good value for the money. However, there are some areas for improvement. The rooms were adequate and equipped with all the necessary amenities. On the inside and on the lid of the electric jug, the cables for television were dangling, and the tv remote control was not working. Insufficient power outlets, no toothbrush cups.

I adore this location because it offers a great seclusion. Ideal for families like mine with small children. The duplex is suitable for those who have small kids. However, there are some drawbacks, such as the lack of tv remote control in chinese and the tiny toilet. Selfcheckin and selfcheckout are quite simple.
