Amazing, at the first glance were worried because late response from the CS. After that, were suprisingly excited with the room. Comfort, worth the price, and beyond our expectations (were worried with the review on google etc but never mind). We’ll planning to come again in the future

I rented an apartment here for 2 months while on vacation. The room is spacious and very comfortable. There is a swimming pool on the 7th floor. The staff is very friendly. There is plenty of private parking under the building.

The suite is impeccably clean and comfortable. The owner is exceptionally kind and promptly addressed all communications. The location is excellent, making it convenient for transportation. However, there are some operational issues with which the building management must address.

The lobby is the first thing the building has going for it. Its a bit difficult to get to the building because it depends on your tower and unit. The security is decent and the staff are friendly. They have a swimming pool, gym and reflexology garden, typical of other condominiums. The gym is large, but the equipment is minimal. I like the location because it has underground access to lrt universiti and there is a mall next to it.

I had a wonderful stay and the location was fantastic. The excellent host responded quickly and effectively. The image of the room shown online is identical to what it actually is. I strongly recommend staying here.

First the good the apartment block looks very flashy and impressive. The communal areas are great. 2 good pools, a games room and a high standard sitting room. Well connected with lift going straight to kl gateway mall and link bridge to lrt. The apartment is well laid out, with floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and living room. Some apartments will have good views, but most will point straight at another apartment block. However, otherwise the building feels half done, with a myriad of issues and loud construction noise all day. The building management has a difficult job because there are so many problems, but they manage it very poorly. Not seem interested in actually fixing problems. When the water in our apartment suddenly turned brown, it was said that was just what water in malaysia is. Not true, water in other nearby condos is clear and potable with a simple filer. There is a problem in the pipes that they either dont care about or cant be bothered to fix. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and light outside apartment broke in a year and there were leaks from above. The guards are generally friendly but can be strict to a tedious extent, with paperwork apparently required for the most basic task. This is definitely under the managements directive. Also, a high percentage of units are let out by Airbnb.
